Our Goal at Gilmour Academy...

Our goal is to translate moral beliefs into practice - from our college preparatory academic program and extracurricular activities, to our day and boarding programs, our facilities and endowment, and especially our status as an independent coeducational Catholic school.

The daily routine at Gilmour Academy is structured with time for relaxation and independence. With the strength of a structured program for life both on and off campus, boarding school students reap the benefits of developing habits and skills for succeeding in college and beyond.Young men and women in grades 7 through 12 come together from across the nation and around the world to live on campus in a safe, nurturing, and supportive coeducational environment.   

At Gilmour Academy, our expectations are high for our students.  Upon competition of their independent and college-preparatory education, our graduates will be successful men and women who strive for the highest levels of competency, ethics, and morality in their careers, who are able to bring hope, and who are active in their communities.

      Opening in fall of 2009 is a new Athletic Center with a state-of-the-art Natatorium that will allow seating for 150+ and an expansive gymnasium that will allow seating for 600+.
